Tap at HopDog, bottom of barrel, hence somewhat milky golden, white lace. Metallic bitter hops on a light fruity grainy base. Medium light mellow body. Grassy sulphuric bitter hops retronasal.

On tap at Sternla, Bamberg, Friday 25th March 2022, sat outside in the garden. Pours hazy mid amber colour with a white head. Like the Export the carbonation is very soft. A little caramel, touch chewy, mineral edge. Fine.

On tap at Sternla, Bamberg, Friday 25th March 2022, sat outside in the garden. Pours hazy orange colour with a white head. Very soft mouthfeel, light malty, bready and yeastyness. A little bitterness, it's okay but not wowing me.

From tap at the brewpub as Zwickel 05.08.21. Cloud straw colour. Dense and peristent off-white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of pilsner malt, grains, meadowy hops and some frutiness. Full mouthfeel. Good!

Draught @ Brewpub. Served as zwick. Pours hazy yellow Golden with a White head. Slight floral citrus, grass and grains. Clean. Smooth and short bitter finish. Clean and harmless and perhaps lacking a little soul.

Vom Fass: Hazy, pale golden to golden, medium-sized, loose and slowly collapsing white head, sweetish grainy to bready/worty nose, yeasty traces as expected: sweetish flavour, low bitterness, light bodied but sticky and fizzy; slightly lingering sweetish and slightly bitter-yeasty finish. Quite poor by franconian standards…

Draught (Zum Sternla, Bamberg) - Golden with a haze. Bread and floral hops in the aroma. Floral hops, hay and some slightly sweet notes can be detected in the taste. Quite refreshing and enjoyable.
