Op tap bij Zum Sternla. Mistig donkeramber kleur, vuilwitte kraag. Caramel, licht kruidig, kruidnagel, toast, niet te zoet, mooi bitter. Iets gistig maar wel een prima bier wat mij betreft.

On tap at Brauhaus zum Sternla Bamberg. Hazy datk gold amber colour. Lasting rocky off white head. Well it's got character. Some malt. Some light caramel. Lots of wholesome malt. Full in the mouth. Decent carbonation. Some bitterness on the finish. An interesting beer. A malty running beer.

Tap at Sternla. Cloudy light golden. Cold, gras, late summer hay. Taste is front heavy fizzy, but then flat, bubblegum, buttery sticky aftertaste. Not bad, though. Nice dry bitterness.

On tap at the pub on Langestraat. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Some cereal on aroma. Some lemon. Very drinkable in the mouth. Right mix of lightness and fullness. Good bitter finish .so impressed with these guys. 3 beers and all good. Great place in the centre of town too. Lovely tasty helles or more of a kellerbier really fuller in mouth and more character than a straight up helles.
