Undated, fresh can, drunk 8/11/24. Weird, muted, greyish-beige-brass. Small, off-white head, rocky, receding slowly to spotty/clumpy cover. Piney Azacca but without resin and backed by rich, honey and white bread-like malts. A bit yeasty, but its fresh and fruity, no issues there. In the mouth it's very malty, very fruity with a light piney edge and ample bitterness. The malts a bit strange, very honey-like but also with a buttered bread flavor. Maybe a hint of oxidation from a canning line issue? Not sure, but it's still well-done and enjoyably balanced and flavorful.

Bottle shared in NH. Big thanks to Rick. Pours black-brown with a creamy, tan cap. Medium sweet flavour with simple chocolatey notes, mellow roast, a little earth and ash, mild booze. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, a little bourbon, roast, cocoa. Tasty overall.

16 oz can. Flavor of citrus, floral and light traces of pine. Bready malt shows some caramel. Not sticky sweet. Light and refreshing with a lighter body. Has lingering pine bitterness without any resin. A soft citrus under the pine. This is about as good as it gets for me for a West Coast style IPA.

16 oz can.Aroma is grain and earth. Taste is decent. Malt, yeast, slight earthy note. The flavor is quick but it ends clean. Mouthfeel is light, mild carbonation, some hops fall off quick in the end. For the style, it is well done.

6 oz draft. Aroma is a classic barley wine with a soft note of bourbon. Flavor has the English malts with toffee, prune and raisin notes. Ends on bourbon and is mildly warming in the finish. No alcohol flavor…. gosh damn that well crafted!

8 ounce draft. Aroma is an enormous amount of raspberries with mild acid. Flavor is reminiscent of a raspberry lemonade. The berry throughout with a mild hint of lemon tartness. Great balance. Ridiculously easy to drink.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Aroma and flavor are a mirror, slight lemon, mild earthy hops. Nelson is kind of lost in the other hops flavor. Slight bready malt backbone. Mild earthy bitterness. Pretty good.
