Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione vivace, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frumento, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi e arancia.

750 mL bottle, from Ahum Pizzeria. Pours a cloudy, peach color, with a small, fleeting, off-white head. The nose is orange peel, cardamom, pineapple, dry grass, and light mint. Sweet and juicy, with a mild bitterness. Light to medium body ,with a crisp, pulpy mouthfeel. This is a simple, easy saison.

Bouteille 330ml. Couleur jaune trouble, mousse blanche très abondante ayant une bonne tenue. Arôme de levure, céréales, citronné, herbes séchées. Goût de levure, céréales, légère amertume. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen.
