On tap at Oud Beersel, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma has a nice bright, spicy Belgian yeast character, and soft doughy malt. Flavour is dry and spicy, with a bright, fairly complex yeast profile, and a crisp, dry biscuity malt base. Spicy, reasonably complex and highly quaffable.

On tap at Oud Beersel, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has some soft bready, doughy malt and a touch of Belgian yeast. Flavour is clean, with soft doughy malt and a touch of Belgian yeast. Clean and drinkable but not particularly complex. Decent.

750mL bottle from Oud Beersel. Pours clear gold with a white head. Musty old wood on the nose. Flavour has musty old furniture, grapefruit peel, dirty funk. I like the forced carbonation compared to the infused flat lambics on tap at the brewery. Very nice.

On tap at Oud Beersel. Pours clear gold with no head. Tons of earl grey on the nose. Flavour has earl grey and some musty old wood. There's also a cheesy character here that's bugging me, but this does not seem to be the concensus so maybe I'm hallucinating it.
