(Bottle, Akkurat, Stockholm, 27 May 2011) Dark red colour with brief, pink head. Fruity, slightly tart nose with notes of raspberries, red fruit and a mild acidity. Fruity taste with raspberries, red fruit and a dry sourness in the finish. Medium body, dry. A bit one dimensional with raspberries all over the place. Not as harsh and sour as some of the other traditional lambic brewers, but highly drinkable and very tasty,

375mL bottle, pours a pinkish dark mahogany with a tiny head. Aroma is potent fresh raspberries, light pleasant tartness and a citric quality. Flavour is a nice balance between raspberry sweetness and sourness, with the sourness slightly eclipsing the sweet side, giving way to a sour, citric finish. Solid lambic though nothing particularly standout-ish about this.

12/11/12/12/11/11
