On tap at Red Apron Union Market, pours a murky, starchy gold, white head. Nose is a bit muted and a little Belgiany, candy, melon, clove, pineapple. Flavor is better and wicked complex, pineapple and passion fruit, lemon curd, melon, starchy oats, neutral oak, butter. Finishes full bodied and creamy. Huh. Cool. 7 4 8 5 15

Draft pour at the Aslin 3rd Anniversary party. Poured a slihgtly cloudy yellow color with a small white, head. Almost wispy. Aroma was light funk, with some mild tartness. Almost subtle. Doesn't taste overly acidic, very soft, funky character. Alcohol was really well hidden.
