Tap at Ale&Hop. Cloudy dark yellow with big but short lasting white head. Quite some saison yeast, soft funk, hay, bitter herbs, some dank hops, tangerine, grapefruit, fresh bitter herbs. Just medium sweet and over medium bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice.

Caña en el Lúpulo Oviedo 18..11.. 2017. (r04). Color amarillento claro velado con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores frescos herbáceos con toques ácidos y cítricos frescos. Cuerpo ligero fácil de beber algo seco al final. Poco amargo. Normal.

Pours rather unclear yellow. Small white head. Smell is full, saison yeast in mild aspects. Mild hay from the malts. No real fruityness in the scent. Taste is full, sharp, bit bitter ( remotely ) very true ( in a way ) to the saison. The fruit is very mellow here. Rather true to the style.
