Pours an extraordinarily pale yellow colour, with just a bit of haziness to it. Average sized white head, quite good retention and nice lacing. Aroma: citric sourness upfront with lemonish notes, a touch of herbal/grassy freshness and maybe a hint of saltiness, suggesting a moderately sour, refreshing beer; not rich though, in terms of both complexity and intensity. Taste: minimal, pretty neutral maltiness (maybe just a grainy hint), sourness indeed moderate and mainly citric with perhaps a lactic hint. Very light saltiness. Hoppier than usual per style with a refreshing herbal feel and maybe even a hint of floral hops. A delicate but pleasantly refreshing taste on the whole. Light body, average, delicately crispy carbonation; very much an easy drinker for a sour, perhaps even a little too quick. Overall: much less sour and delicately hoppier than a standard berliner. Fine as a refresher, but not much more than that.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a large size white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma is a mix of light rustic malt with some citrusy ester and bready notes. Taste is also a mix of bready ester with some lemony notes and some rustic malt with a mostly dry finish. Body is about average with OK carbonation. Enjoyable saison without shattering new grounds.

75cl bottle, aged for a few years, drunk on the hottest day of the year, actually hottest week. Pours a misty gold, thin white ring atop. Crisp, sharp and cutting through the heat well with a wild acetic linger. Some pineapple notes. Decent.

Clear yellow, white head
Aroma of wild beer, bergamot, hay. Very biere saison or farmhouse wild like, subtle citrussy notes keep it interesting and refreshing
Flavor is citrus oranges or clementine, tea , sweet herbal notes. Not enough of the flavors from the base beer but otherwise interesting and enjoyable.
