Small transparent head over fully hazy yellow to pale ochre beer. Fragrant, fruity, vinous. Sour peach/dito apricot. Bit floral. Sour, bit spicy. Fruitacids, unripe fruit - and a tad pharmaceutical, no doubt due to wild yeasts, especially Brett. Serious acidburn and -thinning. Fruitslick, low carbonation. Bit empty feel generally. Too unidimensionally sour. It's spreading.

Tap@Brewdog Collabfest, Shepherd's Bush, London (18/10/2019) - light gazed golden pour with a white head. Sour fruity prominence, notes of grape, slight citrus lemony fruity notes, medium acidity and body, tart lingering fruity close.

Sampled from the tap at Brew Dog Barcelona. Pours a clear very light straw yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has earthy grains and leaves with a tart lemon note underlying. Flavor has tart lemon and light vinegar with an earthy grain and flora note backing.

Aroma has bright light fruits with a hint of tartness and light floral underlying. Flavor has light fruits and flora with slight tartness and a bit of straw and hay backing.

Draught, taster. @Brewdog Barcelona, Barcelona (Spain). 27/10/2019. [#3.090 Global - #440 Spain - #2 Cyclic Beer Farm]. Ligh hazy pale yellow colour with no head. Aroma is lemon zest, funk and grassy hops. Taste is funk, acidic lemon zest, tea and straw. Sharp finish. Low bodied. Nex one please!

Dorée/paille citronné sur léger trouble, col blanc.
Arôme présente un bouquet fin boisé avec de belles effluves de pêche/brett, touche de funk, fruité avec un rétro léger de grains.
Palais de brett, fine aigreur, pêche, douceur velouteuse du fruit mais repris de suite par une note aigre de levure sauvage.
Pointe houblonnée - retrouve ici, plus une wild farmhouse type américaine qui garde le côté charnu du fruit. Acidité fine sur la fin.

Keg at BD Sheps Boost, 18/10/19. Very light haze pale yellow no head. Nose is grass, herb, lemon rind, damp cloth, hedgehog piss. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, herbal tea, grains, nettles, light funk, lime leaf, faint acidic tickle, green berry pucker. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok easy going sour.
