Farmhouse ale by this farmhouse brewery in Barcelona I never heard of, until I encountered them at Dok Brewing Festival. Thinnish, open, egg-white, irregular ring of a head over a hazy straw blonde beer with khaki tinge. Aroma of old apple peel, raw pineapple, sweat, lemon juice, sour gooseberries, rhubarb stems, grape peel, damp haystack. Estery onset, sour with sweetish core, very fruity, pineapple, gooseberry, pear; lively and very minerally carbonation, bit sharpish even for a 'saison' in the Anglo-Saxon sense of the word, drying lactic tartness over a pale white-bready maltiness, fruity finish with lightly spicy hop bitter effect, though it is that lactic acidity and sharpish fruitiness that remain dominant. Typical modern farmhouse ale - a sour ale in other words rather than a classic Belgian saison. Well done.

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2019. Hazy red with small white head. Fruity, some citric notes, some berries, moderate sourness. Somewhat watery. Light bodied.

Clear blond to light beige beer, practically no head. Aroma: funky, dirty, wet dog, bit vegetal, cabbages, some sulphur. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit fruity, acidic, bit lemony, soft bitterness, vegetal notes, bit dirty, urinals. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, some rosemary and thyme, bit lemony, bitter finish.

Pretty clear pink red beer, small creamy light pink head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lot of funky acidity, lactobacillus, bit metallic, fruity, nice. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: acidic, fruity, lots of hibiscus, decent, soft sweetness, lemon juice. Aftertaste: dry, acidic, some vinegar, fruity touch, more lemon juice.

Straw blond and hazy with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a nice amount of funky Brett. Light sharpness, light yeasy. Dry finish. Very good.

Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice fruity start, citrus, mango, very nice, intense, tropical fruits, some bubble gum, little malty. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: soft acidity, bit watery, fruity notes, little bitter, malty, some tropical fruits, citrus, bit grassy. Aftertaste: hoppy, citrus, nice one!
