Very nice, simple, classic. Quite malty, quite Belgian. Really wanna go to Barcelona. The worst part about living alone is I have to finish these big bottles all by myself. What hard work. The worst. Dreadful. Oh me, oh my. Gimme another.

Pretty cloudy pale yellow beer, small creamy to aery irregular white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, bit funky, herbal, bit peppery, fruity touch, some stone fruit, weird. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, bitter, a bit unpleasant, lemony and lime, dry, bit grassy. Aftertaste: sourish, lemony, pretty clean acidity, sourish, little bitter, funky, weird.

Dorée claire, présentant un léger voile, col blanc fin.
Arôme est assez marqué sur l'effet 'sour', relevé par le caractère acerbe des pommes, petite note de barrique en rétro.
Palais sur une base funk, léger barrique, pomme acerbe, petite effet de 'spoiled fruits' sans en avoir le côté négatif. Bonne effervescence

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Etre. Pours totally clear yellow-gold, highly effervescent, with a billowing, frothy, pure white head. Lightly sweet with sturdy grassy bitterness, cracked wheat, straw, pale grains, soft yeast expression, lemon rind. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, subtle biscuits, a nip of funk, more moderate grassy bitterness, crispy wheat flakes, pale bread, hay. Subtle and massively drinkable.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Lightly hazy blushing golden, minimal head. Lightly funky nose with ripe apples and hay. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Cereals, ripe fruit and yeast. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Clear light golden, white head. Funky berry aroma, light citrus and malt. Yeasty, sweet citrusy and malty flavour. Nice yeasty funk in the finish.

ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, farmyard, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, grapes - sweet grapes - citrus, saison yeast, fruity yeast, wheat, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220107]
