Clear pale blond beer, no head. Aroma: sourish impression, smells a bit like lambic, lemony, bit fruity, notes of peaches, funky touch. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit acidic, metallic touch, lemony, little bitter, funky, fruity, peaches. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, funky, bit weird, little dirty, lemony, floral, bit metallic, grains, cardboard.

Truskawki na maksa i daja az Kapke sztuczne wrazenie. Do tego na slodko troche, ale faktucznie podobnie jak w experimentalach 3f. W uscie za to wytrawnie (nie do konca), kwasno, ciut lacto, nieco dziko, nieco slomiano. Pyszka. Tylko za duzo triskawek ;)

Small white head over fully hazy lemonjuice-like beer. Intense fruity and (lactic) acidic nose. Unripe stonefruit, hard citrus. Taste is not as sour as feared. Hints of stonefruit, peach, nectarine, but also melon, albeit quite sour. Wild yeast features, bit cider-like. Light body, with a bit of fruitslickness, seems I'm getting some wheatslickness too. Better than the apricot version, mainly because the acidity is slightly more reined in.

Draft @ El Birrot, Jafre. Dorée paille assez trouble, col épais crémeux blanc. Arôme au nez fin rustique axé surtout sur les brett - pas facile d'y trouver le côté saison, abricot est bien présent avec un effet de chair et purée d'abricot. Palais est léger, brett funk, effet de barrique, abricot fermenté, malt pils, fine acidité mais qui reste sous contrôle. Petite touche épicée de fin de bouche de l'abricot.

Small transparent head over fully hazy yellow to pale ochre beer. Fragrant, fruity, vinous. Sour peach/dito apricot. Bit floral. Sour, bit spicy. Fruitacids, unripe fruit - and a tad pharmaceutical, no doubt due to wild yeasts, especially Brett. Serious acidburn and -thinning. Fruitslick, low carbonation. Bit empty feel generally. Too unidimensionally sour. It's spreading.
