Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orangish golden, very thin and fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Fruity grapes, wood, a lot of tannins, some funk. Taste: White grapes, grapemost, oak, a lot of tannins. Medium body, almost no carbonation. Wild yeast funk. Quite dry mouthfeel. A bit vinuous. Light to moderate tart. Some fruity bitterness of grape peel at finish. Subtle notes of pear in the sediment, most probably from the yeast I presume. Nice but not that complex and would benefit from a little more carbonation in my opinion.

Bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, very thin fast diappearing white head. Aroma: Very fruity peach. Taste: Light to moderate sweet and light to moderate tart, pretty strong peach, stonefruit, some peach kernel. Hints of barnyard wild yeast funk and wood. Subtle citrus fruit and subtle tannins. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Just under medium body, a bit thin, getting better when pouring a bit of the sediment in your glass. Under average carbonation. Never heard of this Spanish Farmhouse brewery before. Nice surprise.

Pours slightly unclear ambered blonde. Small to no head. Scent is very rough, vinegar, strawberry. Taste is intense, strawberry. noticably bitter, dry, tart, mildly acetic, bit rough, bit 'plastic'. Bit off, but i do kindof enjoy it, still. The rest of the table didn't though...
