Taster at Bittercreek. Clear golden, wispy head. Tart, yeasty aroma. Light citrus, lemon notes in the aroma and taste. Enough saison notes to keep it on style.

750ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with huge, fluffy, very slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, snow white head. Mildly bretty, yeasty spicy and sweet-ish, wheaty malty aroma, hints of Hubba Bubba bubblegum, mustard seed, a touch of brine, old lemon peel, a bready malty touch, whiffs of salted lemon. Taste is slightly dry hoppy and mildly bretty, funky yeasty, minimally sweet, wheaty malty, hints of mustard seed, a touch of brine, old lemon peel, a bready malty basic layer with a spicy touch of caraway. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, fine and soft carbonation. Not overly complex, mildly bretty, mildly bready as well - therefore breatty or better let's say pretty.

Keg at BBNo Riverside beer festival 2021. A mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is funky lemon verbena, tart, herbal, light plastic. Yogurt. Flavour is composed of semi sweet dry lemon rind, yogurt, grassy citrus. Pithy. Palate is crisp and tart, loose wheat. Highish carbonation.

Keg at the Riverside Beer Festival - BBNo Morden Wharf. Pours clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Not bad, lightly tart, nips of lemon, low acidity, some pale wood, faint plastic notes. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Not bad overall.

Nice... But needs some more experience with grape maceration.
