Pours slightly hazed blonde. no real head. Scent is beautifull, fine and balanced. Typical tart saison, but beauty trough simplicity. Some fruity side to it, even a touch of wood perhaps? Taste is smooth, dry, acidic, wood, very balanced and fine. Fairly simple and straight forward, but so enjoyable and well made. Pretty surprisingly good !

Bottle shared. Bit hazy yellow with huge white head. Wheat, light funky, grassy, earthy, lemon zest, quite chalky. Light sweet and sour, medium bitter. Just medium bodied. OK.

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, funky, earthy, fruity notes, bit yeasty, some banana, decent. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citrus, orange peel, lemony, some lime, sourish, funky, gentle bitterness, earthy. Aftertaste: dry, fruity, zesty, grapefruit, good bitterness, a bit funky, bitter still, dry, yeasty, saison notes, more funk, decent stuff!

BBE 29.10.2021. A hazy and golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has green apples, leather, barnyard, some spicyness. Taste has fruitness, barnyard, leather and sourness. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Refrehsning. Nice bretta. Very nice.

Dorée, pâle, col blanc.
Arôme sur des notes belges rustiques, grains concassés et anciens - épeautre plus dominant. Rétro-nasal houblonné noble, fleuri, finement terreux avec une petite pointe de fleuri.
Palais sur une approche belge, presque sur une signature DLS dont les brassins axés sur les bretts - houblonné sur le noble.
Épeautre vient ajouter un caractère plaisant et rustique, finement terreux. Effervescence moyenne à faible et un fin sur le malt - pils.

Arôme est centré sur le citrique, fruits verts/agrumes, feuilles infusées.
Palais est finement sour, citron vert, acidité moyenne, grinçant aux dents, sèche en fin de bouche. Le caractère de feuille de thé reste modéré compte tenu de l'aspect citrique de la bière de base.
