On tap @Brutal (Padova). Rosata, appena torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di arancia, frutta rossa, ibisco, leggero citrico, lattico. In bocca è morbida, attacco leggermente dolce fruttato con chiusura appena acida, un filo citrica. Corpo esi lo e, carbonazione brillante. Dissetante e ben fatta.

Bottle @Beershoppe (Rome). Dorata intensa, viva, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note di pesche, citriche, leggera stalla, frutta a pasta bianca. In bocca è acida, citrica, fruttata, tart. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona, ma da rifinire.

Pâle sur col épais crémeux blanc soyeux.
Arôme sur un bouquet frais de fleurs de sureau - combinaison qui fonctionne toujours bien. Fleuri organique qui ressort bien venant éclipser le côté finement suret de la bière de base.
Palais est sur un 'sour' plaisant, sureau frais, fleuri plaisant avec une fine acidité de fin de bouche. Le tout garde un côté acerbe proche de la pomme verte, cela procure une sensation de grincement aux dents avec un léger citrique.

750ml bottle from Futtle. It pours a lovely pale buttermilk yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is musty, funky, damp hay, barnyard, daisies, white grape skin, gooseberry, candied lemon, fizzy candy, dry oak and light vanilla. The taste is crispy, dry, firm, light tannin, oak, vinous, gooseberry, white grape, fizzy candy, tangfastics, twist of lemon & lime, melon, floral accents, dry funk, barnyard is more mellow on the taste than snout and just mild acidity with a dry, oaky finish. Medium body and fine, spritzy carbonation. Nice white wine character and funk. Nice one.
