Shamelessly stolen by Frank : Lemony, crisp apple slices, dry dusty rustic grains, hint of cardamom spiciness, very mild lactic and Brett character kept closely in check by the dominating earthy spicy hops, finishing on assertive bitterness. Top Grisette

Bouteille 75cl partagée avec Maria, bottled 06/10/2020, BB 06/10/2025, lot# S20001.
Dorée pâle, col fin blanc peu tenace.
Arôme est frais, pomme acerbe, un peu sulfurique, pommes fraîches sur léger fleuri.
Palais est sec marqué avec un caractère acerbe marqué des pommes, léger funk, pomme verte, très sec et laisse un fini grinçant en bouche.
Belle collab de ces deux brasseries avec Meta qui commence à se faire un nom sur la scène espagnole. Cependant, pas vraiment mon cidre qui passe le mieux.

Thick, ever so slightly yellowish head over lemon-yellow beer. Aromatic herbal nose, explosive upon opening, bit peppery. Sharpish spicy flavour, vegetable, with a light fruity touch. Whitecurrant? Blossomy, and again some pepper. Quite spritzy, bit slick, refreshing. Long-lasting flavours, light body. Light and impressive beer, well worth looking for.
