750ml bottle form Futtle. It pours very pale yellow - gold with minimal head. The aroma is musty, funky, barnyard, brett, hay, damp grass, white grape, gooseberry, soor plooms and dry oak. The taste is dry, oaky, tannin, spicy, white wine, vinous, zingy lemon, lime, waxy peel, musty, deep funk, mouldy damp basement and barnyard with a drying oak finish. Light body and limited carbonation. Interesting and flavourful, but also quite challenging.

Draught, taster. @Barcelona Beer Festival 2022, 16/10/2022 [#5.549 Global - #1.171 Spain - #3 Cyclic Beer Farm] Light hazed pale yellow with almost no head. Aroma: pear, lacto and mild biscuity malts. Taste: pear, grapes must and lacto. Tangy mouthfeel. Next one please!

Bottle shared. Hazy dark amber. Quite aromatic orange zest in the nose. Soft funk, oak, caramel malts, again orange zest and juice, light herbs and red berries. Medium sweet, lighter sour. Quite nice.

75cl bottle. A slightly hazy yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of mild tart yellow fruits, grapes, lemongrass. Taste of lemongrass, tart yellow fruits, hay, lime. Refreshing!
