Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Etre. Pours hazed yellow-gold with a billowing, frothy white head. Lightly sweet with big funk character, subtle lemony tang, background wheat, perhaps some brett, a hint of manure, grapefruit, musty hay, ripening citrus. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Lightly drying in the finish, more sturdy brett funk, mild bitter hay and grass. Very nice stuff.

Couleur dorée présentant un léger voile, col blanc léger retombant rapidement.
Arôme présente un bouquet plaisant fruité allant directement sur de bonnes effluves de pommes fermentées avec une pointe de funk en retrait, petite touche oscillant sur le cidre avec un retour grain qui accompagne le tout. Impression de barrique avec un rétro fleuri de verger.
Palais présente un caractère léger funk un peu citrique des levures sauvages, retrouve le côté acerbe de pomme avec un profile cidre marqué mais balancé par une approche grain et céréales qui renvoie presque vers un lambic. Petite acidité perdure en fin de bouche mais est naturelle et bien mélangée dans le fruité de pomme. Le tout termine avec un léger grincement aux dents au niveau acidité.

Bottle shared. Slight gusher. Bit hazy light golden with fluffy white head. Yeah it does what it says, crisp pils malts, grassy and light citrussy hops, peppery saison yeast. Light sweet, doughy, just medium bitter. Almost medium bodied, slightly dry. Nice.

Pours fairly unclear, amberblonde. Small white head. Scent is funky, brett, woody. Almost a cantillon like funk. Grapes are recognizable. Taste is full, tart, brett, woody. mildly acetic. Again, very cantillon like. Mild sulphuric , low carbo. Quite good !
