On draught at BrewDog Leicester as part of Collabfest 2019. Midnight moon pale, slightly hazy with a dearth of head. Gooseberry skin, kiwi, some cider vinegar in the very tart aroma. Taste is tart, but not as much so as suggested by the aroma: it's got a light balancing sweetness on the short finish. Soft carbonation. More gooseberry in the aftertaste. Delicate and delicious.

75cl bottle from Nanobrasserie de l'Ermitage Taproom (bought 06/2019). F: big, white, average retention. C: yellow straw, light hazy. A: citrus, floral, funky touch, bit spicy, yeasty. T: light malty base, light citrus, bit puckering almost, fruity, lemon water, medium carbonation, very easy drinkable, refreshing, enjoyed.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Giallo paglierino, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note brettate, di cuoio, stalla, limone, bergamotto, citronella. In bocca è acida medio-leggera, con bella nota citrica, vinosa, tart. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona.

5 July 2019. At Dok Brewing Festival. Cheers to Anke & Ghent beer crew! Clear pale yellow with a very thin, off-white head. Aroma of lemon, melon, yeast, sourdough, wheat, pepper, grass. Taste is light to medium wheaty & lemony sour, quite yeasty & bready, sweetish apple & pear with faint bitter spices & grass. Dry, tart, wheaty finish, some lingering fruit, spices & grassy hops. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Plain good.

5 July 2019. At Dok Brewing Festival. Cheers to Anke & Ghent beer crew! Clear pale yellow with a lasting, small, unstable, foamy, white head. Aroma of lemon, lime, yeast, wheat, unripe starfruit, apple, pear, kiwi. Taste is light to medium fruity sour, unripe apple, lemon & gooseberries on an early hop bitterness with touches of grass & pine, bready-yeasty & wheaty too. Dry, earthy hoppy finish, lingering yellow fruit, yeast, bread. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Full, tasty BW.

Rubia pajiza con espuma blanca de duración media. Aroma con notas cítricas y alguna presencia floral. Sabor ligeramente amargo, cítrico, leve maltosidad y algo de levadura. Final ligero y floral.

On tap @Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Golden unfiltered pour, irregular white foam lowering quickly and leaving traces. Nose: spices, herbs, oregano, mint. Mouth: peppery, tart and spicy. Dry, sharp, herbs. Very peculiar and extreme.

Draft @ XII Fira Jafre. Orange léger, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme de fraises macérées, très frais, petit rétro-nasal citrique avec un apport fin terreux des fraises. Retrouve de fines effluves de grains. Palais garde une approche rustique de saison qui réussit très bien à Cyclic. Retrouve un effet terreux de fraise, le tout léger et très frais, petite note acidulée qui persiste - ce citrique donne par ailleurs presque un côté framboise. Crisp avec une belle effervescence. La saison - malt pils - en base plaisante tout le long.
