Pâle, filament huileux au verre, pas d ecol.
Arôme est sur un agréable 'mead' belles effluves mielleuses, finement fleuri, effluves vanillées avec léger boisé de barrique - rétro sur ce fruit sec de datte qui procure déjà ce léger côté mielleux naturel. Au nez, je note moins l'apport de cardamome.
Palais est mielleux, douceur plaisante avec léger fini de Bourbon/vanilles, petite note d'amertume organique sur la fin, pointe épicée de la cardamome et un corps un peu plus épais avec l'ajout des dattes pour une douceur intense proche du raisin sec avec une douceur latente en fin de bouche.

Clear very pale yellow, no head. Aroma of vanilla, cream, plum, honey, almond. Taste has very sweet plum & apricot, bit spicy, creamy honey. White-peppery finish, sweet dried fruits, woody vanilla and warming bourbon. Medium boy, oily texture, soft carbonation. Quite tasty, even though there's not that much to it.

Clear golden, thin, white head. Aroma of ripe apple & pear, grape, biscuit, wood. Taste has sweet-sour apple & grape, some funky straw. Woody finish, tart grape, softly vinous. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Refreshing, nice tannic touch.

Clear ruby red beer, small aery irregular pinkish head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of fresh apple juice, tannins, some apple skin, more apple juice. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: dry, lots of apple skin, fruity, quite some tannins, very dry, apple skin, sour apples. Aftertaste: fruity, berries, dry, apple juice, very dry, sourish, lemony, maybe a bit too yeasty, cherries.

Bottle from Etre, Belgicali tasting. Clear red. Quite a bit of blackcurrant, nice tart balance, slightly tannic. Overall very nice.

MBCC, courtesy of a friend. Hazy very pale without head. Aroma is sweet, honey, vanilla nd light rum. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 140522

Bottle. Hazy pale golden color with no head. Aroma is pretty simple beeswax, some vanilla, a bit straightforward, apple phenols. Taste is the same, almost cider-like. Not exactly for me.
