On tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of bready wheat and a peculiar herbal/spicy flavour from the caraway. Flavour is light sweet and light bitter. Plenty of caraway in the finish as well. Not a big fan of this, a small glass was enough, but definitely interesting in a new flavour kind of way.

From tap at Borefts 2016. Aroma is fruity hops, citrus, roasted malt, coffee, grapefruit, hint of chocolate. Flavour is lightly sweet with a good bitter finish. Body is medium. A very fine enjoyable Black IPA.

From tap at Borefts 2016. Aroma is floral garden, strong herbal, grassy, bit wheaty, fruity notes. Flavour is mildly sourish. Body is medium. I did not really exect to like this based on the ingredients used, but I was pleasantly surprised.

From tap at Planet Oedipus ’17. Lots of malts in the aroma with caramel and notes of coffee. A bit spicy/herbal with a touch of dried fruits. Flavour is mild sweet and bitter. Nice, but a bit too light for its own good, could have used more body.

From tap at Planet Oedipus ’17. Malty aroma with caramel, toffee, creamy malt, and lots of juniper. Flavour is below medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Enjoyable with a pretty solid body, malt sweetness and soft juniper.

Bottle shared. Deep copper with small beige head. Massive spruce, honey, juniper, dried fruits, spicy citrus zest. Super resinous and sugary! Sweet onion. Very sweet, less bitter. Full bodied.

Аромат не очень приятный, немного брусники и прочих ягод, алкоголя и трав. Вообще без пены, цвет как у розового вина. Вкус слишком алкогольный. Чувствуются ягоды, но не сказать что вкус потрясный. Имеются немного винные нотки от белого вина. Все равно в целом мне не зашло.

From tap at Labietis, Riga. Aroma is nicely smoked dark malt, a bit sweet with a light bitterness. Medium body. Robust malty aroma. Love it.

From tap at Labietis Central Market. Bittersweetish and citrussy with orange, tropical notes, pale malt, sweet mandarin. Moderate to medium bitter, medium body. Pleasant unit.

From tap at Labietis, Riga. Herbal and a bit vinous with elderflower, peppercorns, yeast, oak, red wine. Has a surprising bitterness with a herbal finish. Medium body. Good and very interesting.
