Tap at PBF 2025. Muddy pale brown body, off-white head. DMS more than any real juniper notes in the aroma, light yeastiness. Yeasty, lightly malty lean, smooth taste, lightly herbal, maybe vegetal. Nice body, but the flavors are odd.

Tap at PBF. I was hoping for more juniper, rather light here. Overall pretty neutral, medium bready, toasted, light caramelly maltiness. Med-light grassy earthy hops character. Drinkable, good, but not great.

This is also cherry, but using quality ingredients makes a big difference. Subtle smokiness from the smoked cherry wood. Light and watery but enough flavor to be interesting and pleasant.
