CBH WS 2025. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized foamy off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is juniper, citrus, some toffee and mild grassy tones. Flavour is citrus, some nectar, mild zest, juniper and mild earthy tones. Juniper gives a nice kick to a NEIPA!

Smell-weak, malt, faint herbal tones.
Foam-thin, malt, weak roast, weak herbal tones, faint smoke. Head is medium-sized, light brown in color.
Appearance- somewhat interesting naked mermaid on the label, which I like. I guess? Dark brown in color, with no visible carbonation.

Taste - malty, weak faint caramel, faint herbal tones, smoke, lightly salted and a bit odd overall, not sure I like it, but I don't dislike it. Definitely somewhat unique, maybe some people might like it, but guess not my style.

From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of citrus, some honey, some malt, herbal notes. Flavour is moderately sour and sweetish. Body is medium. Interesting ’Braggot Saison’, though I’m not coming back for seconds.

From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of dark malt, prunes, red fruity notes, liquorice, roasty notes, fruity hops. Flavour is medium sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium to full. Rather sweet and sticky, but I love how the bittering hops balance things out. Rich beer.
