300ml tap@Labietis, shared with Kenneth 14.06.14. Straw coloured cler body, with tiny lacing that leaves a tin layer. Flowers, reisin, honey, clove, oranges and herbs aroma, more herbs, camomille, vanilla and hints of camille, Kenneth adds peppermint in taste. Full bodied. Pleasant and refreshing drink.

300ml tap@Labietis. Shared with Kenneth, 14.06.14. Kenneth thinks the aroma is weak, but I sense some grain, barley and herbs, Kenneth adds mint and again fresh air. Clear light yellow body and average head. Clove, birch, celery, leaf and herbs. Back to nature! Unfortunately the duration is short.

300ml tap @Labietis, Riga (14.06.14, w/Kenneth). Reddish coloured body, with filmy layer on top and no lacing. The first thing you notice is the aroma. O-la-la! Carrying it over to the table, I almost drooled: juniper, red apples, moss, mountain, forrest, small stream and fresh air, flowers, brushwood, berries and fruits. It’s hard to describe, but it’s so pleasant in both aroma and flavour. Well-balanced, complex and so interessting. A bit thin, but WOW!! Maybe it’s a Norwegian thing, but my friend said the same: it reminded him of sunny days hiking in the mountain and playing outside late at night as a kid. The aroma just made us both smile and have all these pleasant memories. Even though I’m hesitant when it comes to awarding something the highest score... this was special and memorable.

300ml tap @Labietis, Riga. Dark brown-blackish body, with small beige head, that turns into a thin creamy layer. Roasted, nuts, raisins, raspberry and dark fruits in flavour, but very weak aroma. Full and oily body, pleasant- but very short lived taste. (14.06.14)

On tap at Alus Darbn?ca Labietis, Latvia. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Quite fruity aroma with lots of tropical fruits some citris, pale malt and hints of herbs. Certainly pleasant. Medium sweet with a rather mild bitterness in the finish. Pleasant one. Refreshing and sessionable

On tap at Alus darbnica Labietis, Riga. Slightly hazy with a lasting white head with nice lacings. Hazy yellow to golden with a white head. Rather mild hopy aroma with notes of tropical fruots and citrus. Mostly pale malt and fruits. Medium sweet with a fairly balanced bitterness. Quite pleasant.

Medium to moderate sweet with nice fruity flavouts and a nice bitterness. Refreshing and easy drinking APA!

God aroma av bær. Behagelig smak. Litt mandler & rosiner. Blir fort tørr og litt bitter. Bra fylde. En positiv overraskelse. Veldig uklar i siste kvelling.
