On tap at Labietis Taproom, Riga on 14th June 2024. Slightly hazy amber with shallow foam and full lacing. Zesty orange peel and mild tropical fruits in aroma. Tangy fruits in-mouth with a few spices, and a finish reflecting both. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

(Bottle) Pale yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of honey, citrus, white bread, spices, linden blossom and heather. Fruity taste with honey, citrus, white bread, flowers, heather and spices. Slightly fizzy carbonation. Medium body. Mainly dry, but with a slight sweetness. Mild acidity in the finish. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

From a 440ml can on 12/6/2024. Pours a cloudy very light golden with no head. Smells of lemon and spice. Tastes lemony with a hint of honey, with modest sweetness and a lightly tart finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Not horrific, but def not for me.

From the tap at the brewery on 11/6/2024 abv listed as 14% rather than 13%). Pours a dark amber with zero head. Smells of light fermenting sweet dark fruits. Tastes of caramel, raisins and plums. Has a light, sharp, tart bitterness. Syrupy mouthfeel with soft carbonation. A really enjoyable sweet sipper.

From a 440ml can on 10/6/2024. Pours a clear deep golden with a medium head that disappears quickly. Has a mild citrus fruit and resin nose. Tastes of sweet orange and apricot with a massive resin pine bitterness that lingers long. Has a chewy palate and moderate carbonation. Yet another excellent Latvian crafty.

From a 440ml can on 8/6/2024. Pours a clear light amber with virtually no head. Smells of caramel, toffee, nuts. Tastes of caramel, toffee, honey, cinnamon and spice, ending with a firm bitterness. Syrupy mouthfeel with softish carbonation. Outstanding stuff. Very proud to be Latvian.

Smell-weak fruits, orange. Foam- thin, fruits, weak citrus, mango. Head is medium, but goes away fast, white-orange in color. Appearance- simple can. Hazy orange in color, no carbonation. From - snifter Taste - weak hops, bitter tones, weak mango, weak fruits. Not, bad but nothing special. Edit - I sipped the tap version and it was a lot sweeter.

Smell-weak to medium, caramel, tea, weak burned sugar, herbs. Foam-thin, malt, sweetness, weak honey, weak roasted caramel, weak bitter tones, burned sugar, bitter tones, some alcohol. Head is quite small, white with orange, brownish tint. Appearance- generic black cap, simple label. Clear ish, orange, red in color, weak carbonation. From - pint Taste - weak caramel, tea, weak burned sugar, weak roasted caramel, herbs, honey, resin. Interesting, sweet, quite strong. I like it in an odd way.
