Pours a hazy pale orange colour with a tight white head, plenty of hops and fruit in the aroma, the taste is medium bitterness with a dry fruity finish.

1/3 cask at GBBF Winter. Golden bitters are hit or miss for me, this one was a miss, but not by much. Cloudy golden pour with a small frothy head. Malty aroma, sweet, caramel. Taste was malty with a just bit too much sweetness for me.

440ml can from Favourite beers in Cheltenham, pours orange with a off white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of orange, passion fruit, guava with sour orange / passion fruit bitter finish. Large amount of gunk at the bottom of glass. Can also mentions vanilla, but can't taste it. Passably enjoyable as a one off but disappointing as I expected something more

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 25th January 2025. Coppery amber with shallow foam and spot lacing. Invitingly malty in aroma. Rich burst of ripe plum and apricot fruits on a biscuit malt. This harmonious blend shapes a pleasant finish. Medium bodied with a smooth somewhat clingy mouthfeel.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden, London, 19 Nov 2024) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with mango, pineapple, passionfruit and citrus. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of pineapple, mango, pine needles, grapefruit, tropical fruit and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing with generous amounts of tropical fruit. Very nice.

Can from EeBria consumed 3 months past BBE. Black pour with small tanned head. Sweet malt and treacle aroma, some ash. Taste is sweet, treacle, dark chocolate, brown sugar, caramel in the finish. There is an underlying bitterness to balance although the finish isn't particularly bitter, rather a combination of said flavours which works quite well. Slight syrupy mouthfeel although not overbearing.

Taste is sweet, malty, toffee, caramel, molasses, orange note, fruit cake, with booze and tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying boozy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
