Draft @ Delirium. Effervescence moyenne voire haute. Classique, belge côté triple, efficace.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Almost clear golden with lots of big floaties, huge off-white head. Classic tripelesque character - fruity, perfumey, honey sweetness, yet with a dry alcoholic note. Well carbonated, very low hop bitterness. Well done.

Bottle, 10%. Gusher. Fruity and spicy aroma, soap, woodruff, dust. Almost clear shiny golden colour with small bits floating in it. Small stable creamy white head. The flavour is fruity and sweetish with a good paper note, some nice enough grain. OK alcohol bite in the finish, gets a little bitter and sharp, too. A bit rough around the edges, but nice enough. Gets better as it warms up.

Bottle. Gusher. Pours hazy light amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops, fruit and spice (pepper?), with notes of yeast and malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of pepper and malt and estery touches. Fruity hints. Rough, bitterish amd spicy aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Decent.

Bottle at The Old Fishing Shack Ale & Cider House, Paphos, Cyprus - served in authentic glassware. Pours a hazy yellow/orange colour with a big cream colour head. Aroma is hoppy, floral, and fruity - grapefruit, banana and lemon. Light sweetness and toward medium bitterness. Medium-full bodied with a slightly slick texture. Average carbonation. Bitter hoppy/fruit finish. Very good.

33 cl bottle @ Cambrinus, Bruges. Aroma is mild with apricot and some soaoy citrus. Also some biscuits. Flavour has minerals, apricot, mild milky tones and some hayish malt. Dryish palate in the finish. Palate is a bit too high on CO2. Refreshing.
