Description
Grégoire and Max, friends since high school, formed a beer company together in January 2017. As their passion for beer developed they became more and more aware of the power of yeast in the creation of their beverages, and that lead to an interest in other fermentations. They started looking for older recipes, experimenting with cider and other funky fermentations.

Easy to drink. Pale malt, Belgian yeast, bready, fruity, mild citric and some spices in the flavor. [Bottle from Systembolaget in Strömstad, Sweden] Brewery #2628

Flaska. En något mörkare saison, kryddig och örtig, men samtidigt söt med både toner av candisocker och bränt socker. Mycket jäst.
