Almost clear golden, small head. Grass and herbs aroma with brett notes. Malt, yeast and slight citrus taste. Medium bitterness.

Dorée vibrante sur un beau col épais blanc tenace.
Bière classique belge, avec un apport de grains bio qui se ressent en bouche, certaine rondeur et teneur en bouche se dégagent. Malt qui reste sur une approche pils et léger pâle, avec une franche amertume. L'ajout de poivre de Timut est délicate et pas vraiment perceptible tout comme l'apport de coriandre. Une certain note de levure est prsistante tout au long ce qui, avec le sgrains, donne une onctuosité en bouche.

Bottle 330ml @ Scandic Sydhavnen. Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, herbal, grass, yeast and floral. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Gulbrun tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter belgisk gjær, smør, sitrus, blomster og noe anis. Lett. Smaker smør, lyst brød, sitrussksll, belgisk gjær og bondegård. Middels lang.

Uklar gulbrun farge med hvitt skum. Lukter litt julekrydder, gjær, brød og tørket frukt. Smaker Karamell, urter og tørkede frukter.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a smallish, white head. Fruity, spicy nose. Medium body, chicory notes, some yeast and fruit with a slightly tart edge. Dry finish with no real bitterness. Below par for a Belgian Saison. 110724

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some spruce and some citrus. Flavour is herbal, grassy, earthy, mild rubbery tones with some mild funk. Nah, not my thing.

Bottle 27/04/2024 Malmö April 2024 tasting - floral and grassy accents on the nose and taste follows, light lemony notes coming in, straw, hay, light to medium body. Yeasty linger, fruity floral close.
