Bottle from the Christmas market in Annecy. Pours clear golden amber. Aroma is rich, lightly spiced caramel, stewed apple. Taste mirrors aroma with an intense, rich, stewed apple character. Great slick, vinous mouthfeel. Another great ice (sorry, fire!) cider from this producer.

Bottle from the Christmas market in Annecy. Pours clear gold minimal bubbles atop. Aroma is strong, rich, intense cider apple, caramel. Taste is similarly intense, rich, pronounced concentrated apple with defined, yet light acidity. Excellent ice cider.

Tasting at Matt's, corked
Very pale color. Sice aroma, dry, some apple, a lot of sulfur, light hazelnuts. Very dry mouthfeel, too much carbonation; the flavor is very simple, and it ends with some astringency.

750mL bottle, explodes out of the bottle, pours a clear blonde with a quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma brings out light sweetness and champagne effervescence. Flavour is bone dry, with loads of champagne, bone dry apples, and a touch of funk. Lovely bone dry mouthfeel, seeming more like a champagne. Very good.

Amber, bright. Aroma has rich apple, sirop de lige, and just showing a lot of richness. Juicy, sweet caramelized beautiful apple, dense, rich... this is beautiful and the fire technique lends a lot of raisiny, caramelly stuff.
