Description
Eigenwijze brouwsels met verrassende smaken van licht hoppig tot krachtig donker, met het lokale verleden als inspiratie. Bieren van brouwerij Eanske: recht uit het hart van Enschede.

Gestart als brouwerijhuurder in 2013. Sinds 2019 wordt er gebrouwen in een kleine, ambachtelijke, maar uiterst professionele brouwerij, waar per brouwsel 1000 liter bier gebrouwen kan worden.

Bottle, bought @ De Bierkoning and shared @ Van Moll in Eindhoven. Golden color. Cider aroma with lemon and cereals. Cerealas, lemon and red berries in the sour flavor. Long finish with a hint of toffee. Nice!

Bottle. Beer looks good. A deep amber color. Malt and raisin in the aroma. Caramel, hints of roast and some floral notes in the flavor. Red berries. Tasty beer, but the balance is questionable

Bottle. Reddish Amber color. Somewhat vinous aroma with oily hops and hints of red berries. Oily hopbitter flavor with red berries. Earthy notes in the aftertaste. Citrus. Not bad. Tap in Albergen. Dark amber color. Floral soft oily hoparoma. Firm floral earthy plastic hopbitter flavor with soft red fruit. Long hopbitter finish.

Vat 5, Bottle 32. Golden color. Vinegar, wet wood, honet and lemon in the aroma. Sharp oak, a hint of vinegar, bitter walnuts, honey and rotten fruit in the flavor. Complex bitter finish. Vinous. Many off flavors but interesting nevertheless

Vat 21, bottle 21. Dark brown color. Roast, pepper, licorice, rotten tropical fruit and lots of oak in the aroma. Moderately sour, oaky roasty flavor with tropical fruit, white pepper and caramel. Complex, tasty, well done.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Malt, roast and cocoa in the aroma. Malty sweetish caramelly roasty flavor with coffee. Balance could be better.

Bottle. Amber color, malt, caramel and a hint of coffee in the aroma and flavor. Sweetish, with some floral hops. Cookies. Decent.

Tap @ Morshuis Albergen. Black. Roast, chocolate and a hint of coffee in the aroma. Malty roasty flavor with coffee and a hint of chocolate. Very tasty, dry, maybe a bit thin.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Malt, roast and citric hops in the aroma. Malty sweet, roasty alcoholic flavor. Licorice, grassy hops. Peppermint. Powerful, but not refined.

Bottle. Amber color. Soft floral herbal hoparoma and flavor. Malty yet fairly dry. Bready. Well balanced. A pleasant surprise.
