Thank you! 750 ml. bottle sampled. Now I have seen everything, underneath the cork there is a piece of wood attached to it, lodged inside the beer, actual oak in order to oak the beer, oh lord! Looks like a tiny plunger when you take it out. Small gusher. The oak was previously soaked in bourbon. BBF 01/05/2015. Near clear, creamy white. Nose is big sweet bourbon, candy strangely mixing with BE esters, soap, chemical,… Taste is massive vanilla hand soap, bourbon oak & bourbon are very heavy but sadlly the base is a poor BE esters, soap, almost green vegetable BE base,… The bourbon is good & heavy but the base is not really my thing.

8,5% ABV. Piwo szampanskie rozlane do kieliszkow Deusa. Fantastyczna stabilna i trwala piana, ze utrudniala degustacje i smakowanie w tych waskich kieliszkach. Jasne jaskrawo zlociste, musujace babelki, aromat glownie pomaranczy i brzoskwini. W smaku rowniez owoce pomaranczowe, troche jescze jablek kwaskowych Grany Smith. Goryczka wyczuwalna, idealnie wspolgra z slodowoscia, bardzo pijalne. Dobra alternatywa dla kazdego wina musujacego i tymbardziej drogiego szampana.

Donkergeel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is krachtig, warm en zoet met iets van citrus, ananas en abrikoos. Heel goed.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ home on the terrace. [ As Dame Jeanne Brut Sur Lie ].Clear medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate yeasty, frutiy yeast, fruity, light apple. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity yeast, apple, pale malt, champagne yeast, marzipan malt. A bit strange but quit drinkable. Unclear - hazy matt medium red colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy berry - fruit, cherry, cherry syrup. Flavor is moderate sweet, light to moderate acidic and bitter with a long duration, tart berries, cherry, sour, grapes ? fruity, cherry syrup, cherry bitter, honey alike sweet.
