La place de l'alcool est fondamentale dans une triple. Et quand, comme par exemple sur cette triple, celui-ci n'est pas spécialement poussé du haut de ses 7,8 % et que le sucre est trop présent, on en perd l'essence. Cette Grizzly donc l'impression d'être une triple sans l'être réellement. Le visuel est sur une robe orangée voilée avec une très fine effervescence moyennement soutenue et une mousse blanche disparate. Le nez est sur une alliance céréales, coriandre, pointe citron, miel, écorce d'orange et un alcool qui se fait tout de même ressentir. En douche, c'est la douceur qui surprend sur des arômes de miel. L'alcool manque de fait de tonicité. On le retrouve tout de même un peu plus en arrière-bouche. La présence en bouche est intéressante mais la longueur décevante pour une bière poussive.

can. red, pinkt head mild aroma, rubber, berries, not much wild aleish but the berries seem reasonably fresh at least. rubbery note could be leathery, it's somewhere in between. it's sort of like a sour beer that has not been kept long enough yet. flavor is watery and slightly wild, mild flavor of berries, it's like a sour that was diluted by lots of water. Flavor is okay but mild. Both wild yeasty notes and fruit notes are mild.

Bière bue au Hopi. Saveur fruitée bien prononcée, où l'aspect exotique et les notes d'agrumes sont bien définis. L'alcool, bien que présent avec ses 10 degrés, est bien intégré, ne dominant pas la dégustation.

Branded daily pale ale and it's definitely spot on. Low alcohol content, very strong in soft, fruity hops.

Taste starts juicy stone and overripe tropical fruity, following is biscuity, floral and faint vinous, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium to full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Unbearable lightness of being drunk…
