500 c&c shared by Marcus. Pours somewhat ruddy copper with a transient white head. Aroma is wood/Pinot with a touch of red berry. Med body. Pretty dry. Flavor is somewhat yeasty, somewhat must wood, some red berry and not much bitter. Then bang! Surprisingly bitter in the finish. Mildly sour. Not exactly a lambic, but suggestive.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of farty funk, with subdued tart peaches. Flavour is all funk, with plenty of barnyard funk, some yeast, and light oak. Funky and dry, with a bit of astringency. Good stuff.

Waxed bottle shared by Marcus. Pours dark copper with a slight tan head. Aroma of toffee/light treacle/brown sugar. Full bodied. Flavor is brown sugar with some red berry hints; a little or maybe more than that oak astringency. Rye whiskey. There’s a spiciness which I put down to the rye.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Alesong Blackberry Gose ].ABV: 5.1%. Clear medium red yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, balcberry, sweet berry, light dough, butterscotch notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, blackberry, sweet blackberry, tart berry, light salty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180414] 7-3-7-3-15
Veldig god balanse, selv om den stresser meg på referanserammer. Fon og edel infeksjon. Liker.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours clear copper with a near-white head. Aroma of slightly roasty malt and some fruit and arguably Belgian/clove notes. Med body. Flavor is overly spice for me; the dubbel aspect has to wait for some spice to leave. Perhaps a bit light on the malt. So not right on style, but a nice drink. Drier than might be expected; rather intense flavor. Making me think of a dark Hefeweizen. Very dark one of those. :)
