Description
We approach brewing like a musician composing a song.

Each beer begins with an inspiration: from nature, food, or an unforgettable experience.

Production is patient, personal and reflective; the vision evolves until it is brought to life in the glass.

Like the song, each beer is our expression, but the enjoyment and interpretation is yours.

Cheers!

At Alesong, our approach to brewing is patient and artistic. 100% of our beer is matured in barrels and then consciously blended to create a complex and unique beverage experience. Drawing inspiration from like-minded artisans across the globe, the goal is to create beers that are innovative and unique, yet approachable and balanced. And with flavors that range from tart and fruity to rich and malty, there's something for every palate.

We believe that beer is worthy of contemplation and reverence and hope to share that passion with you.

The not dry not wet old Tom gin and the great blend beautifully, nearly fruity, nearly dry, nearly effervescent, nearly like soda. Kinda a melon nose, great mixture. Crisp short love.

The Aromas are stinky feet, fruit and sweet malt. Flavors are very similar to nose sweet tart upfront with a little bitter in later, funkiness is well-balanced with the sweet and good carbonation. Good body and finish. No real hop Flavor, but a nice beer.

Quite light, but I guess that's why they don't make apple wild ales much, more cidery finish than wild ale, dry, appley.

I rated 2017 as amazing, this one's off a little, more lemony than expected, nice sweet funky nose, tastes "warm" though if that makes any sense the sweet and lemon zest.

Bottle, 375ml corked. A hazy golden colored beer with a small, dense white head. The aroma is quite vinegary, with fruityness, lemon juice, wood notes and dried apricots, hints of apple and some grass notes. It's tart and nicely carbonated, medium bodied, lightly vinegar-burning and with lots of fruity flavors. Lemon, green apples, dried apricot, some wood and grass and a faint hint of apple pie. Lasting finish with focus on vinegar and apples, both fresh green ones and baked apples. A tad much on the vinegar side, but very nice and quite complex. 190518

Kriek might be the secret best post workout beer, has what your body needs! Great sour cherry crispness and carby finish, probably healthier than an energy drink. Nose of cherry funk that is also delish

Oh my God. Do you remember the first time you had mocha coffee? Like really really good mocha coffee? This is like that, except beer (so better). It's thick and crisp (yeah you heard me), chocolatey and coffee galore! 13% donezo.
