16.9 oz bottle. Aroma is raspberry, wheat, caramel. Pours hazy pinkish-red with a collapsing pinkish-white head. Taste is highly sour (8/10) and acidic, finishing a tad dry with flavors of raspberry and a moderate to high level of salt. Delicious.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a hazy copper orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops, some musty elements, and saison yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy hops, a touch of citrus, and subdued saison yeast. There is a bit of farmhouse character, but it's rather musty. Alright.
Great dry wine notes with grape sweetness. I give a lot of grape juice addicts shade, this would be a secret weapon to turning them over to the beer side!
Lots of funky Brett notes, tastes young though, probably will cellar well. Mandarin notes on the back, pretty dry and crisp.

Draught @ Dageraad. Slight haze, light amber. Thin head. Light phenols, and some fruitiness I'd attribute to the mandarina, slight biscuit/cracker malt note, mellow phenols and just a touch of bitterness. Cleaner than I would have expected.
Refreshing, clean, sweet and crisp, perfect raspberry forward gose.

Draught at Dageraad, Burnaby
Hazy golden colour. Light aroma of malt and apples. It has light residual sweetness, light malt flavour, touch of vegetables, some bready and spicy yeast character, not getting anything from the dry hopping, carboard in the final.
Random brewing.
This tastes more like rum than rum, not sure if it's ok...

Waxed 500 shared by Marcus. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight, transient dark tan head. Aroma of rum, whiskey and pretty dark malt. Wonderful aroma. Body is moderately full. Flavor is rum, chocolate, whiskey, and a touch of musty, astringent oak. This is difficult to describe adequately. All those flavors seem more than the sum of their parts. Very good ale.

Frothy head, pale and hazy. Has a mellow peach nose, not bad. There is a decent peach note, some husky malts. Decent.
