Draught. Hazy bright yellow with small frothy white head, faint moldy aroma, medium carbonation, aged cheese flavored medium bitter taste, long finish with rye/cheesy aftertaste. Very interesting beer!

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of perfumy quality, light peated notes, nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, coriander notes, light pepper, light peated notes, alcohol warmth, OK. On tap at Beer Culture NYC.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is light rye... Really not much... Some funk in there as well. Taste is lightly botter rye with farmhouse funk. Pretty good saison. Good balance.

Tap at the brewery to finish off the 5 Boro Brew Tour. I was really fucking drunk at this point but seemed to actually take decent notes that made sense here. Golden pour with white head. Nose is yeasty and some barnyard funk. Tastes of citrus and yeast, some lime, grass, and white pepper. Refreshing easy drinking summer saison.
