Now, along with a small team, we make a range of organic beers that follow the seasons here on the edges of the coastal village of St Monans, in the East Neuk of Fife.
Inspired by our love of the farmhouse brewing tradition of Northern Europe, and the Scottish coastline we look out on, we have focused on brewing and blending rustic, nourishing, natural beers that reflect our location.

Can picked up at Futtle. It pours lightly hazy golden - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, juicy orange, tangerine, toasted coriander seeds, wheat bread, hay and mellow gingery spice. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, clean, bright, twist of orange, mellow spice, lemon & ginger tea, crackery, wheat bread and straw with a drying finish. Average body and fine+, massaging and fluffy mouth feel. Lovely balance. Moreish and classy.
