Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of Riesling, grapes and elder flowers. Very nice one, great balance

Tastes tart, cherries, berry notes, bit lactic, light currant notes. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of cherry notes, berries and jammy notes

11.05.2025: 0,75l bottle shared at home. Deep Red color, small white head. smells cherries, light whisky, tannins, spices, jammy notes. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes jammy notes, spices, cherries, grapes, red wine, hints of whisky. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of cherries, red wine and spices. Very nice one, great balance, very good to drink

Darker, but still bright red beer, going to russet; no head. Fresh red berries, grapes, red wine. Aroma's indeed reminding of Baghaven products. Hints of noble rot. Sourish, currants, red grapes, hints at (good) rosé wine. Light to medium bodied; looks uncarbonated but has some spritziness. Refreshing even. Excellent! Thanks to Evert!
