Description
Tenaya Creek Brewery originally opened as Tenaya Creek Restaurant & Brewery in November of 1999. After several years of operations, we made a business decision to move forward with our real passion, brewing beer, while leaving the food service business for those who are passionate about it. In June of 2008 we ceased kitchen operations and began offering our draft beer around Las Vegas (which was previously only offered at our brewery).

Due to our growth in the market, in July of 2010 we remodeled and expanded our brewery to keep up with the demand for our beer in our thirsty desert city. We opened our new location in November 2015. We simply outgrew our original location. We tripled our brewing capacity on day one and have room to eventually produce ten times the volume of our original location. We also added a canning line at the new location.

Tenaya Creek was purchased by Beer Zombies March 2024. They will continue both brands, brewing both at this location.

12 oz can from Total Wine, Las Vegas, NV. Pours a hazy gold color with a large off-white head and good retention. Minimal lacing. Lots of streaming carbonation. Floaties present. Bready pale malt aroma. Smooth and clean bready malt flavor to match the nose. Definitely a Festbier versus a Marzen. Maybe some adjuncts in the finish. Medium body. Above average carbonation for the style. Not bitter. Good beer, yet I bet it's even better when it's fresher. Canned 8/19/24.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 10/09/23. Clear mahogany brown with a good sized light beige cap that dissipates edgewards in time. Nose is stewed fruits, figs, toasted brown sugars, vanilla, toffee. Taste comprises fruit cake mix, booze, caramel, dates, earthy hop presence, figgy jam. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol. Tidy BW.
