Aroma: Turkish delight, wheat and grapefruit.

Appearance: Murky amber body with a thin white head that quickly fades to nothing. No lacing.

Taste: Sawdust, biscuit and chalk. Quite sweet with a faint lime note.

Palate: Thin to medium body with a watery texture, Soft carbonation.

Overall: The high wheat content dampens the brightness of the Citra hop.

Bottle shared at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter Tasting 2013 - London. Pours lightly foggy red with a light, filmy white head. Some tangy berries on the nose, light dry caramel. Light to medium sweet flavor with bready malts, a bit more caramel. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Modest sticky malt finish, some sugary bread, toffee. Simple but nice.

7.5/10 โ€” Appearance 10 Aroma 7 Flavor 7 Texture 8 Overall 7
Aroma: Orange, peach and mango.

Appearance: Hazy golden body with a large white head that holds well. Average carbonation. Excellent lacing.

Taste: Juicy orange and tangy grapefruit. Chalky wheat with a bitter, slightly peppery finish.

Palate: Medium body with an oily texture that becomes quite sticky. Fizzy carbonation.

Overall: A really tasty single hopped beer. Iโ€™d prefer if the malt/wheat balance was a little more on the malt side, but this is a really cracking effort.

Very dark reddy-brown beer with a beige head. A roasted malt/coffee aroma. Sharp on the tongue, thereโ€™s chocolate in the flavour but dominant is the same malt and coffee mix as in the flavour. Itโ€™d got a mild finish which is a mix of the flavours with a lasting toasty, coffee taste on the tongue.

Sharp citrus aroma and thatโ€™s the main taste on the tongue as well with a strong hop element too.
