12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 12/13/2017. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/lightly tart tangy blueberries, fruit skin, mango, melon, peach, pear, red apple, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, mild herbal/grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruit, lactose, pale/wheat malts, and some fruity yeast notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/lightly tart tangy blueberries, fruit skin, mango, melon, peach, pear, red apple, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, mild herbal/grass, and yeast earthiness. Very mild herbal/grassy bitterness and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy blueberries, fruit skin, mango, melon, peach, pear, red apple, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread, mild herbal/grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruit, lactose, pale/wheat malts, and some fruity yeast flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitter/tartness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, creamy/grainy, and lightly sticky/tangy/acidic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a delicious fruited American pale wheat ale! All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruit, lactose, pale/wheat malts, and some fruity yeast flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/tart finish. Very flavorful and never watery for the ABV. Really great balance between all flavors, nothing overwhelming. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Lightly hazy yellow gold, quick head. Bright citrus nose, some orange and tangerine, lemon rind. Very dry, with a lot of citrus rind and resin bitterness, but significantly lacking in malt support - so in short, it's hop juice, but surprisingly low bitterness at finish.

16 oz can poured, picked up clearly off season at The Cave, Kirkland. Poured blind in the locals only tasting, while watching the game. Wish you were here, Tcon! We are stuck trading off blind pours over here. Dark ruby brown pour, a patchy fizz head. Tons of gingerbread. A dessert stout for sure. I can't tell if I would pick it out right away in a blind, but since I know what this is, it's obvious. A good amount of spice. A very fun Christmas like brew to be enjoying here on June eve. Not bad.
