Can: Lightly hazy golden-yellow with a huge, off-white head. Pineapple, wheat scent. Taste is juicy, sweet pineapple, wheat malt. Just a hint of any apricot. Very tropical, very juicy and sweet. Definitely a Poolside beer for a hot day......

Canned February 15th 2017. 4.5% abv.
A: Hazy straw yellow, foam hugging the side of the glass once it settled down.
S: Citrus hops with some grass.
T: Goodly amount of grapefruit hoppiness without much if any grass, hints of tropical fruit. About mid palate, there seems to be a presence of sweet malt. That probably explains why I get the feeling that I am drinking hop water.
M: Light bodied but not watery.
O: Yep. One of the few Session IPAs that I find worthy. Nice.

Can pour. Appearance is hazy gold with nice sparkle, 2-finger width foamy white head with good retention and nice leggy lacing. Aroma is tons of tropical fruit and citrus, light pine and grapefruit. Taste is sweet fruits and citrus as in aroma with late piney and grapefruit bitterness. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and mix of sweet and bitter as with the taste. Overall, this is a real thirst quencher with nice attributes all around.

Six pack from Jackson’s. Pale golden, slight haze, sparse bubbly head. Aroma is tropical fruit, mangos, melon and citrus. Taste, while still sweet, adds a fine layer of grains/malts. Nice feel, but also fades fast. Another beauty of a summer beer.

Can: Rubied, deep brown-black with a creamy tan head. Ginger, chocolate aroma. Semi-tangy ginger, chocolate malt, caramel taste. Gets slightly peppery and warming after a while..... A hefty dose of ginger in this one.....but not really "gingerbread"... A decent body, and a lot of flavour, but not a great balance.
