WHAT DO WE MAKE?
We aim to make clean, intentional, and curious beers in our brewery. Explorative, yet refined versions of classic and upcoming styles such as Lager beer, IPA, Stouts, sessionable, restrained fruited beers, and everything in between will have a home on our menu. We strive to use unique and expressive hand selected malts and hops from the best growing regions in the world.
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
We are different because our collective and unique experiences have driven us to the cutting edge of the beer industry. Through our exploration of styles and ingredients, we have developed our ability to make beers that are extreme but have more so learned to make beers that are balanced, nuanced, and delicious.

On tap at BPBW '24, Friday. Nem készítettem jegyzeteket, csak pontoztam a sört.

Can shared at Csakajó with Gábor Gabor. Bomba, intenzív füstös illat, kissé kevésbé érdekes íz, közepesbe hajló élmény összességében

On tap at BPBW '24.Alapvetően nem gondolom, hogy az amerikai főzdék mindent jobban csinálnak, közte a klasszik európai típusokat is, de közben ne mez volt az egyetlen kiemelkedő cseh lager a fesztiválon, szóval respect where respect is due

On tap at BPBW '24, Friday. A touch out of balance, could use more maltyness/residual or whatever actual or perceived sweetness.

16oz can from Tavour. Bright golden pour with a short-lived foamy head. Light citrusy aroma, floral notes too. Taste is fruity, hoppy, weak mango that leads up to a nice bracing bite at the finish. Kind of dry, but a really solid Pils.

On tap at Full Throttle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a nice grassy hoppiness, light pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with kind of full grassiness, dull herbal notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Not a fan of the hop expression but it’s alright.

On tap at Living Haus, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of woody, piney hops, white wine tang, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour tastes like there’s NZ hops in here, with a wonderful white wine hop tang, along with woody pine (Chinook), and crisp biscuity malt. Love the Chinook and hop tang character here. Fantastic.

On tap at Living Haus, pours a clear amber brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out light vanilla, a touch of cocoa, and toasted bready malt. Flavour has soft vanilla, a touch of cocoa, and toasted bready malt. Light-bodied, with a nice malt depth. Good stuff.

On tap at Living Haus, pours a lightly hazed blonde with a small white head. Aroma has lightly dank hops, biscuity malt, a touch of pine, but also some muffled hop expression. Flavour has oily piney hops, citrus, and some muffled earthiness. Doesn’t have the superior clarity than many of their other WCIPAs have, but it’s solidly done.
