Bottle at Exeter Airport. Appearance - golden orange with a slight haze and gentle carbonation. Nose - fresh, sharp apples and apple skin. Taste - red apple but tart. Still some skins. Palate - light bodied, good acidity and just a hint of fruit tannins. Overall - nice.

On keg at the Bear and Blacksmith, Chillington. Appearance - gentle yellow with steady carbonation. Nose - fresh and sweet apple. Taste - more of that sweet, ripe apple. Palate - light bodied, sweetish middle with good fruit acidity on the finish. Overall - good simple cider.

BIAB at the Corstorphine Inn. Pours clear, still red. Smells like apple and blackcurrant. Taste has more dry apple complexity and sweet berries. Light sweet finish.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 25/06/22. Pale golden yellow with a good sized white crown that veers edgewards in time. Nose is apple skins, light floral notes, hedgerow, straw. Taste comprises sharp apple, tannins, orchard wood, light herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough apple juice.

Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, citric hints & solventy edge. Taste is apple, fruity, some tartness, with leathery funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, crisp dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home picked up from Ciderlicious. A clear pale gold yellow coloured pour witha fading loose white head. Aroma is dry tart apple, quince, twist of lemon, pear, underripe grape. Light funk on the nose. Flavour is composed of dry tart apple, some mineral ,crisp, flint, dried apple, pear, light rubber. Palate is light tart, super crisp, drying finsh, highish fine carbonation, maybe a little thin. Nice.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 16/06/22. Clear golden with a well enough sized white cap as it goes for a cider ... soon dissipates to spotting. Nose is funky apple, oak, tannins, caramel, stewed apples. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, light funk, oak, tannins, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent crisp and refreshing cider.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Shig. A clear mid golden coloured pour with a small fizz. Aroma is medium sweet, fresh juicy apple, vailla, light rhubard, fresh, custard. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fresh clean apple, bark, juicy, hint of tart. Palate is semi sweet, to drying finish, moderate carbonation. Lingering pith. A clear orange amber coloured pour with a halo of white head. semi sweet, candy apple, toffee, oak tannin. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody apple, toffee, bark, oaky tannin, brown sugars. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation. Good boosting.
