Cloudy orange with a lasting white head. Yeasty aroma with cookie spices, a touch of tropical fruit and herbal hops. Sweetish yeasty flavour with complex fruit and spice. Could get slightly cloying in large quantities

Bottled. An unclear golden beer. The aroma has strong notes of grass as well as notes of citrus - making it very fresh. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fresh hops, flowers, and grass as well as a touch of citrus, leading to a bitter finish.

4th June 2010 - On tap at Bir & Fud bar (opposite the restaurant). Cloudy amber beer. Dry palate. Soapy dry hops. Peppery as well. Sweet undertone. Pretty unpleasant and a gutter pour in the alleys of Rome!

Tap @ Ma Che Siete, Rome. Pours unclear orange with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is yeast and herbs. Very herbal flavor reminding me of manuer/vomit. Some bitter hops. In a way drinkable

Cloudy blond color. Sweet Triple, with a simple malt profile, not much spices, light bubblegum flavor, and unfortunately a trace of vegetables; the alcohol warmth can be perceived, in the end. I’m not saying it’s bad, but it’s simplistic.

2015-12-20, cask at Birrivico, Como; 5.8% ABV, 7-4-6-3-13=33
Cloudy amber copper color with large frothy head. Yeast aroma, woody, credible. The flavor is also very yeasty, a bit harsh (expected), and astringent in the final; it has some fruity esters that make it more interesting.
Dirty Bitter, quite true to style.

2010-03-06, draught at Italian Beer Festival 2010, 5.6% ABV, 4-3-6-3-11= 27
Cloudy amber color. Dusty and yeasty aroma, not interesting. There is a good malt flavor, sweetish and partially fruity, well hopped, but spoiled by too much yeast.

Cloudy blond color. Surprisingly the aroma is delicate, dusty and smokey. The flavor is lightly malty, a bit dry in the front, with strong bitterness. Nothing special, but correctly brewed and flawless.
