Draught at All In Beerfest, 2014. Hazy red with a small pink head. Lovely aroma of vanilla, oak barrel and raspberries. Taste carry the same elegant balance with a nice round vanilla feel, and a slight sour hint from the raspberries, slight yoghurt taste. Light body, light to medium carbo. Very nice balance, an odd combination to me but it works flawlessly.

Draught at All In Beerfest, 2014. Murky hazy brown with a small head. Aroma is profoundly sour with a vinous tone, berries, oak, rose hips and also some malt touch. Taste is sour up-front, some glue (?) and a distinct acidic touch, berries, hint of malt, finishes acidic sour/vinegary and dry. Medium body, low carbo. Wow this was challenging, I wonder what the pH level is :)

Bottle at All In Beerfest, 2014. Pours semi hazy yellow with a minimal white head. Aroma is tart, lemon juice, vinegar, elder flower, a distinct funkiness although not as overly so as can be found in the style. Taste is very sour with a slight sweet touch to it, vinegar, lemon, now I do detect some cloudberries, slight juicy feel, ends dry with zero bitterness. Medium body, medium carbo. Nicely done!

Draught at All In Beer Fest 2014. Opaque black liquid with a small to medium tan head. Aroma of bourbon, wood, licorice, chocolate and vanilla. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of bourbon, chocolate, licorice and light acid. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. A bit sour taste, otherwise good.

Draught at All In Beer Fest 2014. Almost clear red liquid with a medium light pink head. Aroma of raspberries, light acetone, lemon, grain and apples. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of raspberries and lemon. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice berliner with lots of berry presence.

Hazy reddish brown with no head. Sour aroma with vinegar, redcurrant and some cherry. Sour taste with some light fruitiness, vinegar and oaky vanilla.
