Cloudy pale yellow/golden beer with a small white head. Sour aroma of fresh apple, cinnamon, biscuits, cookie dough, vanilla and grapes. Same notes in taste with some acidic citrus. Basically this is liquid apple pie. Interesting and pretty awesome!

Smell is sweet, fruity and slightly floral with honey spiked sponge cake, beeswax, dried pineapple, lemon hard candy, honey yoghurt, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sour and fruity with wheat crackers, lemon juice, pineapple, honey yoghurt, beeswax, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour with wheat crackers, lemon juice, pineapple, honey yoghurt, hay, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest. A beery mindfuck! Smells like honey pineapple sponge cake but of course tastes alike dry, sour and fruity Berliner. Smell is fruity with crackers, blackberries, strawberries, yoghurt, dry soil, lemon zest and hints of grapefruit zest. Taste is slightly sour, tiny salty and fruity with crackers, saltines, strawberries, blackberries, lemon juice, yoghurt, hay, minerals, grapefruit zest and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tart, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, strawberries, blackberries, grapefruit, hay, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest.
