Draught at BBB cons 2014-12-08 Göteborg AR: hard to detect - bit to cold pour, a wee bit warmer: vinos, perhaps some peppery dark spanish chocolate AP: thick black, no head F: thick fluid, rosé and black peppery, alcholic / strong red wine?, wine dry, dark bitter chocolate, black coffey, not my kind of kladdkaka, perhaps some cellering would take the roughness away?

Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours very hazy vibrant red with a frothy pinkish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity and spicy with crackers, fresh raspberries, raspberry pastry, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla, charred wood, bourbon, dry soil and very subtle hints of raspberry balsamic vinegar. Taste is sour and fruity with crackers, raspberries, lemon juice, yoghurt, vanilla, charred wood, dry soil, hay, minerals, blackberries, cinnamon, raspberry pastry and bourbon. mouthfeel is dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour and fruity with crackers, raspberries, lemon juice, yoghurt, vanilla, cinnamon, dry soil, minerals, charred wood and bourbon. I never thought this would work but it did and this is a treat. Basically a non-sweet raspberry thumb print cookie. Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Rating 3000! Pours very hazy deep vibrant red with a frothy and bubbly pinkish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is heavy fruity with wheat crackers, truckloads of fresh raspberries, lemon juice, yoghurt, blackberries, hay, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sour and fruity with crackers, lemon juice, raspberries, blackberries, yoghurt, hay, dry soil minerals and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is sour and fruity with crackers, lemon juice, yoghurt, raspberries, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest. Packed full of raspberries this is an amazing fruited weisse. Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours golden with a frothy offwhite head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and grassy with caramel, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, grass, pine, watermelon rinds and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, tiny malty and fruity with caramel, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, star fruit, honeydew melon, grass, pine, orange peal, lemon zest and hints of alcohol. Mouthfeel is round, dry, astringent, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with bread, caramel, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, grass, pine, orange peal, lemon zest and hints of alcohol. Not as perfected but reminds me a lot of Toppling Goliath Sosus.
