Monday 25th September 2023, Shrewsbury Gathering in Chez Sophie, 5 blokes and loads of beer. Mat brought this clear 750ml bottle, cheers mate. White head on a misty golden body, it's 'funky' and 'farmhouse' all in one Saison, interesting and pleasant brew.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 23. Procured direct from the brewery. Hazed golden appearance, good white head. Wonderful aroma, farmhouse saison vibes abound, lovely floral sweetness, excellent earthy malt and hop shades.. really satisfying natural saison.

440ml can from Sobremesa. Pours an unclear pale yellow, rocky white head. Aroma is earthy, yeasty, lightly floral. Taste continues along these lines, earthy farmhouse malt feel with cereal grain and soft nutty shades. Nicely refreshing.

75cl Bottle @ Sobremesa, Talgarth. Unclear golden yellow appearance. Incredibly fresh, zesty aroma.. ridiculously fruity. Similarly fresh to taste with excellent clarity of flavour, zesty, delicate with certain sharpness on the palate.. very good indeed!

75cl bottle from Sobremesa. Produces a good orange complexion in the glass.. earthy woody shades compliment a rosy fruitiness. Soft tannin on the close. Nice introduction to this apple variety.

440ml can from Sobremesa. Slightly unclear gold, white head. Sweet malt aroma. Crisp start on the palate, with a mellow malt sweetness carrying through. Mild carbonation. Great drinkability. Really good.
