28 August 2025. At Hal 16 (Dok Brewing). Cheers to the Teamleader crew!

A: cloudy yellow, stable, small, foamy, white head.
A: canned pineapple, lychee, ripe grape, sherbet, moist white pepper.
T: sweet grape & pineapple, sherbet, dough, shallot.
F: peppery hops, some bitter citrus pith, soft hop burn, softly warming gin-like alcohol.
P: medium to full body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
Quite hefty on both sides of the taste spectrum. Enjoyable nonetheless.

Draft at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a mostly clear yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is light greasy tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, fresh, malt, juicy citrus, light herbal, light hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Sweet, creamy and fluffy with some tropical fruits, citrus, grapefruit and ripeish notes, hints of booziness. A bit heavy but quite hoppy.
